We built PS.ai, an AI powered account planning application that systemized strategic account management from discovery through post sale value reviews, with a scalable dashboard for real time revenue signals, proprietary position and wallet share analysis to standardize execution, BrandRev.ai’s engine to automate insight generation, and an IP strategy that protects data and trademarks, turning outreach into measurable revenue growth.
Delivered an executive masterclass series for Penang Development Corporation on business first GenAI across town planning, property, accounting, and HR, translating strategy into hands on workflows with live demos, governance guardrails, and a ninety day pilot roadmap, to help teams modernize services, speed approvals, and lift operational efficiency.
Delivered GenAI large format key print visuals for CPF, turning direction into press ready layouts while keeping brand DNA and factual accuracy intact, using model adapters and control nets for on brand realism in CMYK, reference led diffusion with vector overlays to protect marks and pictograms, look locks with seed pinning for series consistency, and a large format pipeline with multi stage upsampling, ICC profiled color, bleed and safe area templating.
Delivered GenAI key visuals for JBL Professional’s Party Outside the Box, turning direction into pixels at the pace of ideas while keeping brand DNA intact. Fine tuned adapters and control workflows for brand safe realism, reference guided diffusion with masked edits and manual QC for product fidelity, style locks with seed and version control for multi shot consistency, and super resolution to OOH with grain matched sharpening and layered glow for physical light believability.
We partnered with Aican Singapore to design and launch a Singapore go to market underpinned by physical AI, uniting pro forma financials, a focused business plan, clear entry points and channel partners with a data driven operating model and technology roadmap, and delivered brand assets and a streamlined website to support demand capture and partner onboarding, so computer vision kitchens achieve consistent quality at scale, faster menu iteration, safer greener service, and stronger unit economics, with the launch picked up by Channel NewsAsia.

We developed and executed an AI application layer product built on ChatGPT. We also crafted pricing and financial models that optimized usage costs around LLM Tokens that drove enhanced profitability and sustained active user growth.

We led the digital transformation of an influencer marketing agency by developing AI-enabled workflows for content and asset creation. Additionally, we upskilled employees and leadership to harness the power of AI, driving efficiency and innovation in their operations.

We created a detailed product plan and technical strategy designed to significantly enhance the lifetime value of events and drive customer engagement. Our approach focused on developing a robust platform that empowered ongoing interactions, ensuring long-term engagement and loyalty from members.
